I stumbled upon their MedSpa services on Groupon, and it was easily the best microneedling PRP deal with the most reputable place on there. I felt like I was getting a steal when I saw the office/ the vibe of it for their price for the 3 pack. It turns out the MedSpa is newer so they are just trying to promote. You meet with Dr. Monasabien first who was great just to make sure it鈥檚 right for your skin, and then you schedule your microneedling with the aesthetician Maha. Maha is literally amazing. I had so much fun doing the microneedling with her, and she really knows her stuff. I am all for talking about different products, and she knew every single one I brought up, and even put me on the right path on how to better use them. And she called me out for using too much retinol / peels lol which was true. Overall loved going to her and for a procedure that apparently hurts I had a fun time and recovered pretty quickly. I looked like I face-planted in gravel for the first 2 hours but honestly, by the end of the night it wasn鈥檛 bad. For me, the next day I looked somewhat normal, and my friends didn鈥檛 even notice. Peeling wasn鈥檛 too bad either, but I also hydrated a lot with sheet masks, HA and the vitamin K serum they sell and laid low. I had some slight breakouts during the first week or so and emailed Maha back and forth and she was super responsive and helpful. Would for sure recommend going here and for sure Maha.

Everyone in my family had been a patient at Park Avenue Plastic Surgery. The office is pleasant and the staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Monasebian is kind and caring. He starts off with a discussion of the problem and he explains the situation clearly. Then he offers options. He is not pushy like some other surgeons. Once a plan is chosen he does a spectacular job. It鈥檚 more that surgery, it鈥檚 art! He is out family鈥檚 first choice and I recommend him highly to all our friends.

Dr. Monasebian is very careful and precise. I鈥檝e not experienced this attention to detail with other doctors. Also, the post-op recovery is practically pain-free. I鈥檝e never experienced that with other doctors either. The Day Spa is excellent as well. Highly recommend!
